The products listed on www.inais.ro are presented under the form of digital pictures, describing the articles offered for purchase. The insignificant differences between the pictures and the received product are not considered faults.

The effects on our clothes are handmade. Because of that, every piece is unique and the placements of the effects might be slightly different.

Some of the products listed on the website may not be available in certain periods of time. You will be contacted by our team if there is an issue with the availability of the product.

For your convenience, we accept 2 payment methods for orders placed on www.inais.ro: online payment (credit/debit card or PayPal) and cash on delivery..

Please note that we accept cash on delivery only for domestic shipping (Romania). 

We provide global shipping through our trusted partner, FedEx. Delivery within Romania typically takes 1-3 business days, while international shipments may take up to 7 business days. We strive to process and dispatch your order promptly.

For returns, we recommend using the same carriers we employ for shipping.

Inais.ro offers complimentary worldwide shipping.

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any delays in parcel delivery. If you encounter issues receiving your package, kindly reach out to FedEx.

During National Holidays, anticipate potential delays in the arrival of your package.

Note: Customers residing outside the EU should be aware that orders will not include VAT, and custom taxes will be payable upon the package's arrival at the destination.

Property right of each and every product delivered stays with S.C. INAIS CREATIVE STUDIO S.R.L. up until the moment we receive in our accounts the value of the products.

When placing your online order on www.inais.ro, you must accept the current terms & conditions, that shall enter into force at that time. The order is considered valid starting the moment you filled in your details on the dedicated page and placed the order.

S.C. INAIS CREATIVE STUDIO S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse an order, without providing any explanations. The reasons for refusing an order may have as grounds the suspicion that the products ordered may suffer a resale, based on a background of that user and the orders placed previously. In the event of an order being refused, the person who placed the order will be informed in writing and the money reimbursed to his/her account, should the amount already be paid to our account.

We gladly accept returns within 10 working days of receipt. To initiate a return, customers must inform S.C. INAIS CREATIVE STUDIO S.R.L. by submitting a return request via email to office@inais.ro.

The product to be returned should be shipped back to S.C. INAIS CREATIVE STUDIO S.R.L. at Sos. Iancului nr.  46, 021726, Bucharest, Romania. Return shipping costs are not covered by S.C. INAIS CREATIVE STUDIO S.R.L. and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns will not be accepted if wear marks are detected, indicating more than a simple try-on. We accept returns only for undamaged products, exactly as they were sent, with all original labels and accessories included in the parcel.

In the case of multiple products ordered and a desire to return all of them, shipping to S.C. INAIS CREATIVE STUDIO S.R.L. must be consolidated in a single parcel. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from the same order.

The reimbursement will be made into a bank account specified by the customer, in the return request. 

Upon meeting all conditions for return, receipt, and inspection of the product/s by S.C. INAIS CREATIVE STUDIO S.R.L., reimbursement will be processed within a maximum of 15 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse product/s for return if all the specified conditions are not met.

For size exchanges, customers can notify us via email with all the necessary details. We will contact you promptly to confirm the availability of the desired size within our stock limits.

The Gift Card serves as a voucher.
Upon completing your order, you will receive voucher code(s). These codes can be applied at checkout to deduct from the total amount due.

How to use the voucher codes:
1. Utilize one code per order.
2. If you purchase multiple vouchers and wish to use them for a single order, kindly email us at office@inais.ro, specifying the desired products.

Please ensure that the order's total amount exceeds the value of the vouchers.
After placing the order via email, we will generate an invoice. This invoice is payable solely via bank transfer.
Products will be dispatched upon receipt of the proof of payment sent via email.
